Incentives for all participants; Raffle monetary incentives to 20 students who participated, posters all around the center; Speaking to students in classroom/Vocations that this survey is about their experience here at job corps and how can we make it better.
We hold a raffle for all participants to obtain a monetary incentive. We also put out posters throughout the center. At the all staff/Student business meeting, we talk to students that this is their survey to talk to regarding their experience here on center.
Student notifications through email about the upcoming survey, promotions at student business, promotions at roll call/Accountability meetings.
