We encouraged students to report to a set room to take the survey so they would have privacy and a student proctor monitored the class. Each student who participated was given 20 success points to use in the incentive store at their leisure and the entire student body was awarded the opportunity to utilize door dash on the weekends.

SEA survey promotional data was used, targeted goal temperature gauge showing the daily results toward pizza party along with 1 day 1.5 hour early departure.

We set aside a few minutes during the day for each class to take the survey. We have found that giving them a set time to take it has increased our participation. The CD reminds the students during the assembly that the survey is coming up and a special lunch is given to the entire student body if the goal is reached.

Sent email reminders to students’ job corps email addresses, excused students from sst’s in lieu if they could prove they took the survey and offered donuts and coffee to students who completed the survey by a certain day.

We had candy available when students completed survey. We had a raffle with electronic prizes. If students reached 80%, which we did, then we would have a pizza party and if they reached 90%, which we did, they would have a nice catered meal of their choosing.
