Ace incentive points when student forwards their “thank you” email to DCD. CMT Team competition for highest completion percentage.

We hold a raffle for all participants to obtain a monetary incentive. We also put out posters throughout the center. At the all staff/Student business meeting, we talk to students that this is their survey to talk to regarding their experience here on center.

Incentives for all participants; Raffle monetary incentives to 20 students who participated, posters all around the center; Speaking to students in classroom/Vocations that this survey is about their experience here at job corps and how can we make it better.

Promotions and informational flyers, announcements at assemblies, raffle for everyone who participated at the end for a grand prize.

We had candy available when students completed survey. We had a raffle with electronic prizes. If students reached 80%, which we did, then we would have a pizza party and if they reached 90%, which we did, they would have a nice catered meal of their choosing.
