No incentives; However, we discuss the importance of the survey and why giving feedback helps centers to make necessary improvements. What has helped our numbers is to set a time that all students can do the survey during class hours.
We announce at assembly. Send out email reminders. We reward the students for participation. They show us their completed email and we give them doughnut.
Monetary incentive for all that took the survey – drawing for the first two days of survey taken – once hit 80% rate; Pizza party for all centers.
